TRAVEL GUIDELINE TO IEEE NIGERCON 2013

By Road Using Private Car
For Conference Attendees coming by road using private transportation, find below directions upon entering the Imo State Capital, Owerri.
From Onitsha Axis, drive to the end of the dual carriage express road and make a right turn at Assumpta Cathedral/ Control Post Roundabout. This takes you onto Port Harcourt Road. Make a left turn onto Hero Square Avenue and then a right turn onto Concorde Avenue. At the end of Concorde Avenue, take the right fork in the road and drive past Heroes Apartment Complex till you approach Links Hotel which is on the left hand side of the road.
From Enugu Axis, drive straight down past Orji Road, to the end of Okigwe Road which terminates at Wetheral Road Roundabout by Rockview Hotel. Continue straight down along Assumpta Avenue/ Bank Road until you approach Assumpta Cathedral/ Control Post Roundabout. Drive halfway along the roundabout and join Port Harcourt Road. Along Port Harcourt Road make a left turn onto Hero Square Avenue and then a right turn onto Concorde Avenue. At the end of Concorde Avenue, take the right fork in the road and drive past Heroes Apartment Complex till you approach Links Hotel on the left hand side of the road.
From Port Harcourt Axis, drive past Owerri State Secretariat Complex and make a right into Imo House of Assembly Road. At the first roundabout make a left and drive down the road to Links Hotel.
From Aba Axis, drive down Aba-Owerri Rd until you get to Wetheral Road Roundabout. Join Wetheral Road and drive down to the end which terminates at Wetheral Road Roundabout by Rockview Hotel. Make a left and continue straight down along Assumpta Avenue/ Bank Road until you approach Assumpta Cathedral/ Control Post Roundabout. Drive halfway along the roundabout and join Port Harcourt Road. Along Port Harcourt Road make a left turn into Hero Square Avenue and then a right turn onto Concorde Avenue. At the end of Concorde Avenue, take the right fork in the road and drive past Heroes Apartment Complex till you approach Links Hotel on the left hand side of the road.
